I recently returned to RS and I'm having trouble finding people to dung with, or even rush floors. 

Official world for 80-100 dung is empty. Any groups out there? Maybe one with voice chat? 

Want to start serious dungeoneering.

The only thing I could reasonably suggest would be checking out one of the dg clans, if you find those sorts of groups appealing. Another option would be to just solo it or most of the floors, since you shouldn't get penalized for having a high combat level in P2P. I did quite a bit in F2P during EoC when the penalty was off, but that's another story.
