I don't care how much the way the games changed and how much easier things have become.  It doesn't matter.  After 12 long years (on and off) I have achieved something I never thought I actually would get.  99 all skills!  Alot of time and energy been invested over the years and here it is.  Now I just have 10 dg levels to capp off and officially be max total.  For now of course.
