Best way to get xp?  Am already 99.  Been an age since I got it so not sure whats out there.  Bonfire yews when I want to afk but whats better with some more focus?

If you want to spend some money, Magics are on par-ish and can be used on a bonfire.

The Max guild bonfire would be the best due it log-saving ability and it also be netting Fire spirits which in turn gives charms. Also these bonfire has a permanent 5% exp boost.

 

Also the best method would be using the Book of Char daily. Here is an example made by Drowns to demonstrate (one of) the best methods:
