January 14, 201511 yr If you are going to get 120 Thieving, I would suggest going for the full outfit yes. It shouldn't take that long to get. Next the topic of the exp/h rate. If you are doing the top 4 clans in terms of exp, and I've seen a list somewhere where it shows the top 4 based on the inclusion of VOS, it should come out to around 400k/h.
