Hello. I was just playing Runescape and had to log out to go feed some stray cats outside. I came back in 20 to 25 minutes later and now it says my account has been locked?

 

I try to log in and it says that there is no reply from the log in server. I tried to log into the forums and that is when it said that my account has been locked?

 

How do I contact them if I can not log in?

 

I even tried to log into my free account with a different e-mail and it says that it is locked as well?

I even tried to go through the process listed on Runescape that tells me to log into my account management page to see why I was banned and it won't let me. It comes back that my account has been banned.

It looks like the login servers are offline right now, which I'm pretty sure is the issue (I've verified with multiple friends). When this happens, it can produce weird messages including telling you that your account is locked. So for now I'd just wait it out. Hopefully they'll have them back up soon :S.

 

Edit: my account is giving the same locked message when I try to access forums. I'm still logged into the game though.

I muself get the same message when I try to login. I am pretty sure I am not banned, so what Arceus said above is most likely the reason as to why. Furthermore I am trying to get in contact with Jagex to get information regarding this issue. Stay tuned!
