xp once 200m

Hello All,

 

I am about to hit 200m prayer (about 40m off) and have a few questions about what happens once you hit 200m xp in a skill:

 

1) does xp still go onto a counter? I would like to get "lots" on my prayer counter eventually...

2) does the skill still count for JoT?

3) Harmony Pillars, what happens if you get one for a skill you're 200m in?
