Hey all!

 

I've never participated in any of the Winter Weekends promotions, so I was wondering if you guys could help me out with a few questions.

 

1. The WW interface ingame says all weekends last for two days, but the news post for DG said it will last Friday - Monday. Which is correct?

 

2. For Slayer/Bossing Weekend, are KK and Mole the only affected bosses? I'm hunting Signets for my own Asc Bows, and I want to know if it's worth farming key for next weekend.

 

3. Also for Slayer/Bossing, how are rare drops that are affected by RoW work? For my Ascs, I need Dragon Limbs from TDs. Limbs are a rare drop, but they are also affected by RoW. Same goes for Steadfast boots, which I am also trying to get.

 

4. For Minigames weekend, do boubled boss kills in Dominion Tower count for Achievement Diary/Comp Cape purposes?

1) The in-game interface gives the date of the Saturday and Sunday that make up the "real" weekend, but the in-game event is active for 12pm Friday until 12pm Monday as per the news post.

 

2) For bossing weekend only the listed bosses are affected

 

3) Row works exactly the same as always - it removes empty slots and bad slots from the drop table to make the odds of good drops better.

The weekends affect works in the same way, the two combined result in two improvements to drop rate.

 

4) The double kill count goes towards reward unlocks, as some reward unlocks are part of comp yes it does help.

So it would be better to just farm Keys rather than Signets next weekend, alongisde Dragon Limbs and Steadfast Boots.

 

Looks like the next two weekends will be quite busy. :P
