How to Morally level up Thieving

Hello,

I'm starting a new character in RS3 and want to roleplay as a morally good character.

The issue is that I also want to complete all quests and miniquests, which requires some Thieving levels. However, as a morally good character, I can't steal from anyone (except maybe from HAM, but that feels off). This makes leveling up Thieving in the early stages seem impossible.

Once I gain some levels, I can head to the pyramids to safecrack, but I can't take anything from inside. In the beginning, it just seems unfeasible to level up without compromising my character's moral stance (especially since I can't do the Thieving Guild quest because it involves stealing from an innocent man).

Any suggestions?

Don't worry, those NPCs have so much money that they won't notice you stealing any coins from them.
