March 9, 200620 yr i dont think that you can ever become a "legend" again. 99's are becoming easier to get with the amount of money that people are getting, and soon, everyone will have 99's. the should make the lvls higher. maybe, now, the max lvl u can get to is like 150. that would be tough, and the first people to acheive them would be lengends. although, i think that xxx neo xxx guy would probly already have 150 in a skill. he is aka, mr. 200 million fletching experience. Yeah right Level 150 - 2,033,749,558 xp - Try 2 billion exp for level 150. Neo is more like level 127 which is 208545572 xp. Making a max level level 150 would be stupid. 99 Fishing/Cooking - Both Achieved in Rs199 Attack, Defense, Strength, Range, Hitpoints, Fletching
