Getting scammed and hacked is not a good reason to beg... Nothing is a good reason to beg. The only person i can think of who could start out at a high level (not sure if he did, but he could) is Andrew. :P

 

Begging shouldn't be banned in rs... If it was, then most of us wouldn't be here because most of us probably begged in our lower level stages... I know i did. Begging isn't bad... It's just annoying.
