Did you make this is paint? As I'm going to assume you did, do not save as JPEG for a few reasons, large file size, bad quality, and JPEG is just a lame name.. Come on now say it JAY PEG, see what I mean? LAME! Save it as a PNG, now if you're using photoshop, use the save for web feature. Or another suggestion is to acquire GIMP (just a quick search on google should do), and or GraphicsGale and just get the free version.

yes its done on paint and ive tryed PNG still to pig plus all the other gif, tif none are working ive even tryed to make it smaller
