yes, u could, but u will need to kill two lvl 100+ monsters for troll stronghold. There are safespots for this, although.

Even if you killed the monsters using a cannon, you'd still gain A LOT of ranged levels (Which would get combat levels)

No, those requirements are for the other demons. You could get robes but you need the theiving lvl.
