I guess I'm not qualified for rating and CC'ing artwork, but, I have the basic idea...

 

 

 

..Wow you look like you tried fairly well, shading is fairly well done, maybe try and take a few real-life people ? Try and make them a little more life-like-looking :shock: lol, good luck

When I said "realistic", I meant that it should be a little more human-like :? His torso and arms just really don't look human-like at all :P try and fix them, you'll get there.

Need to practice drawing a lot more. I suggest just sketching around with pencil on paper, and when you feel comfortable with that, try out Paint again. Your pic has no shading, the proportions and sizes are really irregular. Clean up your lines with zoom.
