unless i'm mistaken only a handful of players (i'm assuming around 100 or less?) have that much money. it is absolutely selfish to ask jagex to waste that much time and resource just to satisfy that small amount of players and their enormous ego. they have better things to do than to raise that silly money cap. if for anything, they SHOULD raise the level cap. there are so much more people who reached level 99 in a skill than people with $21000000000gp+. unlike the money cap, raising the level cap is actually beneficial to the entire rs community.

who reallyu needs 2.1 bil in cash? just buy d chains if you relly need to and use them as 22mil gp certs. or make the money system like Dark Age Of Camelot, copper pieces silver pieces gold pieces mithril pieces and platinum.

How about this for an idea, you could exchange money for special notes at the bank that are worth lets say 50M, that way you could use these notes and when you needed the cash you would just withdraw a note and talk to the banker the would then exchange your note for your money, and to get a note you would take your 50M and talk to the banker. I think this would be a better idea then making silver and gold coins.

money pouches or wallets. prefer the first, cauz wallets sound too modern. well, you know the idea already. just store the money in pouches. and each pouch could then hav a 2.1 bill cap. think the billionairres will like it. imagine them having 100k full pouches. and then, the pouches will have like x% full. =)

Sadly, even though I agree with you, I don't think it is possible. I have been told many times that to raise levels beyond 99, it would require a complete statwipe of everyone. And, being able to be lvl 150 mining means nothing if you're starting at lvl 1 again :o.
