Part of 'Recipe for Diaster' Quest. Do the Evil Dave part, go to his house with your own cat, and once your cats catches so many hellmice in his basement, it'll become a Hellcat.

get them from the rfd quest, and please use the search, there are plenty of topics about this, if not all questions go to the help and advice board
