Not bad, but the dragon looks weird. Maybe try to work on the background more, it look kinda plain. The lava (is it?) also need some work, it look like a red river instead. :P Erm, is the ranger wearing just plain shirt and pants? Probably try to add in ranger hides as his armour. Nice ranger boot.

I love your style of coloring it looks great, the shading is decent but as jitouz said the lava could use some work, and a little bit more of a background would be nice, and yes the text is horrible.i dunno if its the color of it or what but its just bad.
