You must have at least LV. 40 combat. If you are a ranger or mage, you must have at least 35 combat and 45 mage/range. I have an allience and some interesting ideas. 1 of our ideas is that the leaders put all the money in a noob file just to hold the stuff and give money to the people who we think is a good team player for us.
