It seems a little against your style -- you normally seem to emphasize the foreground more than the background, but this sig is oriented neither way, which gives it a bland feel. The border could do with some brightening (lighter silver, maybe nearly white even, some metal texture effects wouldn't hurt either), and the left side of the sig definitely needs a foreground design.
