im at the part where u need the items to locate Solus and i got giant frog legs but when i scan at first floor of grand tree it says the scans are negative

IIRC (if I remember correctly), the Goblins in Lumbridge caves talked about Giant Frogs. You can try looking there. However, you must have done The Lost Tribe Quest.
