It means the website has been abused by other people on this forum and has hence been censored so people can't abuse it anymore.

 

 

 

If that makes sense.

basically use a different host as the one you are trying to use isn't going to be uncensored anytime soon.

that particular domain you want to use in your signature will definately not be considered for removal from the censor for quite some time

 

 

 

neither will the one the image is hosted on

 

 

 

As Phil said , you're going to have to find another host to link to in your signature, sorry
