for the past few months my computer has been telling me every hour on the hour that a program called sgtray.(executable file) has malfunctioned and must be shut down.

 

 

 

So my question is, what is sgtray.(executable file) and what is it supposed to do? and how can i make it stop doing this?

 

 

 

its not doing any harm, but its really annoying

 

 

 

 

 

NOTE - before you ask, yes i do weekly virus scans and update the virus software (McAffe) whenever a patch is available and i do windows updates whenever a new one is available

Second, google the program's name and find out what it is.

Some people are changed by being a moderator. I wouldn't be.
