I was wondering if the best free to play food for rangers is WINE? Heals 11hp but lowers attack. (attack doesnt affect range)

Wine can be purchased from Fortunado in draynor square (old place for certers) or made in cooks guild

 

Swordies can be bought raw from the fishing store in Port Sarim or fished.

any other place i could buy wine?

i think the shop is about twenty steps from the babnana plantation owner it somewhere on karamja though

lobbies are easier to buy though.
