1. Go to a site that uploads pics, imageshack is good.

 

 

 

2. Click on the "Browse" button and choose which file on your computer you want to upload

 

 

 

3. Click the "Host it" button

 

 

 

4. Copy the direct URL address, it should be the one on the bottom.

 

 

 

5. Put in the tags with the URL between them and Voila! YOur picture appears.
