confused about combat lvl

Ok sorry if i posted in wrong area. This is my first time on the forums and didnt know where to post this :roll: Ok i'm stuck at a combat lvl 76 and i have been doing ranged and magic and still cant move up any?!?! what gives..is there something I'm doing wrong?? here is my stats Att 63 Stren 62 Def 61 Ranged 38 Prayer 43 Magic 64 Hitpoints 62...can anyone explain what i need to do to rank up thanks. :lol:

you are a melee fighter, which means that you will need many more mage and/or range levels to get up combat than you will need att or str levels. getitng up def, hp and prayer wqil always raise combat tho

Your combat level is determined by your dominant fighting stat.

 

(and other stuff)

 

 

 

In your case, that's Attack and Strength and that makes you a melee type fighter.
