I need help on converting a file

OK heres the deal. I scanned a picture onto my scanner that is hooked up to a mac. I saved it to a 512mb usb flash disk memory card. I used Adobe Photo deluxe2.0 to save it. I take to to my windows PC I tried to open the file onto the photo deluxe that is on the windows PC, an error occured something pop uped that said "error, unable to read file type" please give me advice or an answer. Thanks :)

Install Adobe on the Windows computer?

 

 

 

Or if it's already on, but didn't open by default with it, Right click and select "Open with..." and select Adobe Photoshop from the list that comes up.

i guess i should have said it already auto came up.i think its a matter of covererting a mac file into a windows file..thanks anyway

Oh ok, sorry, no idea about Mac... Just said that in case it was a simple problem.

does it have one? if so what is it.

it was saved as photo dulux 2.0 i changed it to save as PNG
