When i use my crystal it now reccomends using the next higher slayer master.

 

is it better to use the higher slayer master as soon as reccommended or should i wait and get an easier assignment from the first one?

 

my slayer is lvl 50 now but my combat is only 75.

Regarding your question, you should try going to the lost city one but you might find all the assignments there very tough and in large numbers. I am lvl 91 and my slayer is 51 but I still go to vannaka not because of the assignments but just because I am lazy to get another dramen staff!
