buy limp roots 300 ea and sell for 500 ea in world 1

 

buy b bones 300 ea and sell for 400 ea in world 1

You could do rune sets, buy for 180k or so, then sell for 200k+

I would suggest coal. Buy it in Falador east bank on random worlds for 150-180 each then go to world 1 and sell for 200 each. I know some people who have been quite successful doing this.
