Andrew_001
I have tried on at least 3 occasions over the last two weeks to send a letter to the [email protected] address. Each time I have tried, the e-mail comes back with the following message: 'Delivery to the following recipients failed.' I don't know why this is the case. I have checked the address and it is correct. Does anyone else get this problem or had this problem? Is it restricted to P2P only (by checking if your e-mail address is associated with a P2P account)? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Serpent_Arc
I'm pretty sure that you can contact Jagex ONLY through their website. If you're trying to send an email using, say, Yahoo! or Google Mail, that's probably why it's being returned as an error. Try contacting them through the RuneScape website again? Andrew_001
I used to think the same, but I thought that this changed with the letters to the postbag. They put an e-mail at the bottom of each edition and so I assumed this was how you sent in a letter. I did look at the website, but i can't find anywhere to contact them, unless it is a bug report or similar. Where else can i contact them through the website? Perhaps someone who has sent in a letter can help. Thanks. Andrew
