The ability to delete your own posts

Featured Replies

In other forums registered members have the ability to delete their own posts. So why not here?

I post something with links to keyloggers in it.

I wait a while for a few people to click the links.

I delete the post.

Now it becomes far more difficult to track me and ban me.

Don't say something unless you intend on it staying there :) Check to see if your message has gone through already before clicking "submit" again to prevent double posting. If you really want, you can just edit your post to a single space or something, but people will still know that you posted there.

If you post in a Legal way there is no need for an option to Delete your own post. Allowing this option could cause more problems than it is worth me thinks :(

As has already been said you have the ability to Edit your post and can also PM a Mod or Admin to Lock or Delete a bad post you might have made by accident ok :)
