I'm stuck on this Fairy tale quest. I need Volencia moss, I know where to get it, but I don't know how to get it.

I think you search the rocks near the mine with mith and adamant next to the Nature Altar. The rocks are slightly to the north of the mine.

anyone else having trouble? or am I the only one that can't get this moss?

Somebody else was, moved to Help&Advice, does your character know he needs the moss, as in, did an NPC tell you to get it, or did you just know it from a guide. (I have no idea how it works, i am F2P, but it might be something to check)
