I have, I need baby dragon bones, Volencia moss, and supercompost

I'm doing the Fairy tale quest, and I need volencia moss. I know where it is ,but when I search the rocks, I can't get it like everyone else can.

anyone else having trouble? or am I the only one that can't get this moss?
