3. There is no 24/7 nat or cosmic running thing I know of.

There might be a nat company on world 91. Its run by people with over 91 rc. Check the official runescape forums for this, but I think its right.

 

Never used it as I'm F2P, but my memory is ok :D

yes, world 91. There is no cosmic running company, for as far as i know.

 

Oh, and when world 66 is full (what happens quite regulary) you can also go to world 99 for the free laws.
