A few questions on the Abyss.

I need a few questions answering about the abyss. It'd help if an experienced abyss runner were to answer. :)

 

 

 

1) About what level are abyss pkers in general? Could they do alot of damage to a level 70? Or would their level be too high?

 

 

 

2) I have 1 defence, and 70 hits. Will I take alot of damage just getting to the Altars?

 

 

 

3) Are levels needed to get past the mining/woodcutting/agility part?

1) the ones I have seen are around level 60, but there are the occasional high levels who can cast teleblock on you

 

 

 

2) make sure to bring an antipoison and some food if your defence is only 1. Since a lot of the pkers use dragon dagger superpoisoned.

 

 

 

3) i'm pretty sure the higher your level, the less chance for you to fail the obstacle, whether it is agility, mining, or woodcutting

When I asked about taking damage, I meant from the actual abyss monsters though. How hard do they tend to hit? And is it easy enough just to run through taking virtually no damage?

oh, i find that the abyss monsters can actually hit pretty hard. My defence level is 62 and my hp would drop fast lol if I don't pay attention. The leeches have have super fast attack rate, and the higher level monsters can hit up to 12 on me. So I would bring lots of food if I were you. I could run through the obstacle taking no damage sometimes, and other times i take about 10 damage.

Lets say I teleport in, run straight to the passageway, and get through... do you think I'd take alot of damage?

my guess is yes you will take quite a bit damage since your defence is so low. but it won't kill you though i'm pretty sure

I'm 78 def and I take black d hide *people now tell me not to take it as it slows me down* anyway, one of them did a 14 to me.....anyway, your defence would increase their chance of hitting you
