I just recently turned level 60 WC, and I'm looking for a good spot (close to a bank/a lot of yews) to cut yews.

There is really no good spot in f2p because all the dumb AUTOERS they ruin everything!

I'd cut south of falladore. It's close to a bank, there's two trees there, and less autoers than varrock. You should also try to log in to the least busy server. Less players=less autoers.

But i think most autoers go into less busy worlds to be less seen

 

Anyway there is no really good spot

 

MAybe in the forest north of lumby swamps there are like 3 yews

 

But they are far from each other so i guess no much autoers there

 

Closest bank would be draynor

Maybe the yews east of varrock around the earth alter and pub. I was walking by recently, and there were NO AUTOERS. Shame I don't keep woodcuting axes, I would have cut some.

Jagex's official world map of Runescape flashes the locations of all of the Yew trees in F2P.

 

 

 

There are 23 Yew trees in F2P

 

4 North-West of Rimmington

 

3 South of Fally

 

1 North of Port Sarim

 

4 between Draynor Village and Lumbridge castle

 

1 in Lumbridge graveyard

 

1 South of Varrock

 

3 around the Earth altar

 

1 next to northern Varrock church

 

3 behind the Varrock palace

 

2 in Edgeville

 

 

 

The Edgeville and Varrock palace trees are usually the most crowded.

If you have 37 magic the Yew trees below Rimmy are the fastest (tele to fally 1ce you're finished), because there are NO auto'ers there. Oh, don't start cutting yews till woddcutting 65, it goes too slow at 60.
