I'm wondering how hard it is to make an animation of just a duck who's eyes follow the mouse, the duck should only be a picture. (kinda like those kiddy books with the pop out eyes). Can anyone tell me an easy way/program or be kind enough to make one?

I don't want it like that... I just want the eyes to stay in place and the pupils move torwards the mouse
