At what time do the worlds refresh?

to refresh the number of people in the world, you just click on the arrows that order them

I mean like world rests, do they do them everyday? Like when the shops get reset?

They never really refresh an entire world at once, I don't think...I'm sure that would cause chaotic lag...

 

 

 

But shops refresh every once in a while...

I think shops refresh every minute or so.

Not sure, but I think he wants to know when shops like rune and arrow stores get reset to full. In which case, I think its only when they have a game update. Everything is reset then, everything respawns, shops fill etc.

 

Thats the only time I see this happen.
