this whole topic is dumb. you cant do anything BETWEEN hi alching. unless you mean doing hi alching between something else. hi alching is constant clicking, theres nothing you can do between the alch animation and the next click.

the whole idea is that i high alch while waiting for something to respawn, a rock, a tree, something on the ground

If you get your agility up a bit, you could go to brimhaven agility course. Usually, you have to wait a bit between tagging the pillars. That would be a nice time to alch some items. And gaining some otherwise rather annoying agility levels..
