May 16, 200620 yr This isnt a question, but what I am interested to know is, every one of our skills, have been implemented as a quest requirement to finish, starting from Thieving to Farming. THe only exceptions are perhaps the melee combat skills and HP, which are understandable, but why is Runecrafting never a requirement to finish a quest?
