A question about runescape mainpag

I sent a letter to runescape, because my account was locked. They told me to go to Account security, but i cant find it....Mayb you can help me and find it for me :Pty

Try looking on the Customer Service page of their site. I'm not sure exactly where it is because I've never had to use it, but I'm sure Account Security is somewhere on that page.

There are 9 categories (groups of options) on the left side of the RS Main page. The 7th one down is Account Recovery, which is what you want (Recover a Locked Account).

 

 

 

Keep in mind that Jagex locked many accounts in the last day as a PRECAUTIONARY measure in order to keep the accounts safe. Sending them enough information to convince them that "you're you" is what is needed. The best info you can provide is included in the monthly e-mails from WorldPay (or however you pay).
