May 18, 200620 yr There are 9 categories (groups of options) on the left side of the RS Main page. The 7th one down is Account Recovery, which is what you want (Recover a Locked Account). Keep in mind that Jagex locked many accounts in the last day as a PRECAUTIONARY measure in order to keep the accounts safe. Sending them enough information to convince them that "you're you" is what is needed. The best info you can provide is included in the monthly e-mails from WorldPay (or however you pay). Tips and info on what to supply to get accounts unlocked are included in the last two topics.
