May 22, 200620 yr According to tip.it, level 21 guards in Varrock palace drop level 2 clue scrolls. Could someone please verify this. If you're not 100% sure, then don't post that you think they do.
May 22, 200620 yr tis true. I've done many a clues off of them. Go to the secret upstairs spot, and I get them every 15 minutes or so.

May 22, 200620 yr Author it sounds silly, but you could have a clue scroll in your bank - that way you wont be getting any until you do it I thougt about that and figured that if I did it would be near the bottom. I looked at the bottom five rows of my bank and didn't see any clue scrolls, but if I don't get a clue scroll in the next hour I'm going back to carefully double check every last square of my bank.
