May 23, 200620 yr Ok im going to be maging to 94 magic with chaos or death rune spells (i can afford it). This will mean I will get a lot of HP exp, but I am wondering what about happens when you have a spell set and you select it to train def aswell. If I have it on def (i get def exp ofcourse)...but how much def and hp exp will i get compared to the magic exp? Really need this info! Thanks
May 23, 200620 yr Erm ok....... Well first off, Dont use Death. Get chaos guants and use chaos. They hit about the same :) Now i only experimented with def training once before.... May 23, 200620 yr Author haha noo I dont.. its already going to take like 20m outa my pocket (probs a lot more) can you answer me this as you are helpful: on the calc it said im gonna need aprox like 200k fire bolts to get there... this is as the base xp per spell... how much do u reckon i can take off that? im sure ill get more than the base exp each time.. (most times)
May 23, 200620 yr Well ill lend you some of my info...... At 85 mage at steel dragons, I was averaging 32.22 Exp ea fire bolt... Now thats with that low of mage + I was maging steels. Your definately gonna be using less runes than it says... But i say try it out for yourself.... Just take about 500-1k chaos.... May 23, 200620 yr Author ok and do metal drags get hit the hardest outa all decent lvl monsters? cos ide rather not use antifires from like 70-94 mage might cos me a LOOOOT lol
May 23, 200620 yr The formula from Mage XP is: MageExp = BaseExp + 2*HitDone The Hit done is roughly Half your Max Damage (7.5 with gaunts, 6 without). So the formula is for you using fire bolt would be: Mage XP = 22.5 + (2*7.5) Mage XP = 22.5 + (15) Mage XP = 37.5 ~JImmie.
