I think that I have searched every shop to find some, but I havent found any. Could you guys help me?

Hat:Betty(rune seller) sells them,the shops near port sarim.Or you can kill wizards.

 

 

 

Mage Robe:You have to kill Wizards in wizard tower for that.

 

 

 

Skirt:Thessilia(Clothes shop in Varrock) sells skirts for 1gp.

the full blue wizard outfit goes for 2,5k-3k. although I have 2 sets for 6k :D
