I have attack 60 and i dont train it to 70.So no whips and barrow weps :P

I'd say the DDS, because, when all potted up, and full spec attack bar, DDS will own.

dds for specs and after specs fun out change to d scimmi then own 8-)

dds or d scimmy (i reccomend both - poison and spec with dds, then finish them off with scimmy)
