well 2 points i'll hit on...firstly, the anatomy is really weird. it looks like the legs are being broken and "imploding" and that neck is waaay to small. the arm is messed up and oversized.

 

 

 

secondly, he looks very 2d. even with the big of shadin you made. other then that it's good for now

Actually not bad shadeing antomy needs ALOT of work look at the neck :wink:

 

 

 

But overall its not that bad try and work on your pose so its dynamic and looks like the character is actually standing there instead of doing a jumping jack...
