May 30, 200620 yr go to the tip it main page hit the quests button. then hit shilo village. it'll spell out in black and white what you have to do to complete the quest. AFTER you complete the quest you can enter Shilo. it was a simple anwser. Be thankful for the advice. "Your about as usefull as a poopy flavored lollipop"
