May 30, 200620 yr that would be YELLOW cape you are thinking about The reason, as far as i know about the Gloves, but not gold boots, is that Jagex made a mistake that they allowed the colored gloves to be on free (they didnt intend that at all), but they never corrected it, and left it as it is.
