baron8000
my stats are - attack, strength and defence lvl 37 and hitpoints 38 and i am currently considering doing dragon slayer. my question is this, will i own, or will the dragon own? i have easy access to lobbies and pies if necessary so food is not an issue and neither is armour, i will have full addy by the time i begin (but with dragon shield obviously :)) with addy sword as a weapon. so what will happen to me *quakes with fear*
BloodAngel
I would grow a few more levels if I were you because even with lobsters you will probably die. The minimum level really to do the dragon slayer is level 48. -Bloodangel "Unfortunately, the real world isn't the same as a fairy tale."
Agshlee
I'll answer your question plainly: Yes You Will Die (If Attempted Like This). Train to at least be able to wear full rune. - Agshlee 99/99 Mage - Achieved 23/07/200799/99 Ranged - Achieved 20/12/200793/99 Defence
baron8000
train to be able to wear full rune? i thought a player cannot wear rune until they complete the quest :s. Thank you both for the quick answers though, back to the monotony of training then i guess....
Agshlee
You are right, I didn't said what I ment clear enough. My apoligies. What I ment to say is that you wear full rune with rune CHAIN instead of the platebody. Only the platebody can't be worn before the quest  - Agshlee 99/99 Mage - Achieved 23/07/200799/99 Ranged - Achieved 20/12/200793/99 Defence

Damn that means i have to get the money for rune as well now :P the whole point of the quest is to use rune plate, you would need to be rune afterwards anyway i finally quit runescape to play world of warcraft. i play on frostmourne, alliancecheck out my threadhttp://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=479665&highlight=
Scars
It's not like compulsory to kill Elvarg with Rune armour but it's good if you can.Rune weapon is essential-use Rune scimmy. I suggest you train your Strength so that you can hit Elvarg more & get your attack to 40. Carry str pot, lobbies, tele runes(just incase). Thanks to WithTheQuickness for the sig!
