Dungeon under Falador??

I was recently mining in the dwarven minesand I went over to the little room that is west of Boot. When I went to the SW corner of the room there, I saw a nother dungeon, and on the minimap too.

 

I looked at this tip.it site's map, and I think it is under Falador. I figured it was a Falador sewer or something, but I cant find the entrance to it on the map in Falador.

 

I was just wondering what this is???

 

Or is it possibly something new?
