Where should I train my magic?

I've got deaths and chaos to use, with 61 magic, but what would be good to mage train on? Something that'd give good drops preferably, but easy to mage. I'm considering maging some white knights in fally, but theres probably better places for me(I'm p2p). Where would people suggest to train?

Depending on your mage lv (what spells u can use) and if ur a member or not, i would say sell all ur deaths and buy laws 4 300 each from a member. I found it much easier to lv up when telaporting because you are able to do the spell faster. Unless u want the drops. Have fun maging.

I'll assume that you are a member. If not disregard what I say. It depends a lot on your level, both magic and melee combat etc.

 

 

 

To disagree with the poster above: I think that cammy teleporting is one of the most dull things ever. I have never done this, but I think that although it's good xp, there are better things that you can do with your magic. Such as:

 

 

 

1) mage training arena. Go for bones to peaches - it is one of the best spells around, and invaluable for combat training. this will get you up a few levels (whatever your level). You will need a good rc level to make all the runes for this.

 

 

 

2) barrows. I use a lot of deaths and minds here. This is a LOT of fun, a great way to use magic, and there is the possibility of an expensive reward at the end. You are very likely to break even just on the amount of bloods that you get. Needs a high combat level though

 

 

 

3) slayer. Some tasks lend themselves nicely to range/melee attacks. For example elves, lesser demons etc are pretty good.

 

 

 

4) alching. A good return for your money if you can fletch yew bows. This gives good mage xp (once you are level 55), and some useful cash at the same time.

Just to re-iterate for people who may have negelected to read the first post, my mage level is 61 and I AM a member. However, I'm keen to use up my deaths and chaos, because they are just sitting in the bank otherwise.

 

 

 

I'll get to work on the mage arena sometime and I've got 57 rc so I'm good for most of what that needs, here however, I'm keen to use the deaths and chaos, just in need of spots for them. I don't wanna sell and buy cammy teles either, I could just make my own laws.

 

 

 

(having said that, I have just seen the xp from a cammy teleport spell so maybe)
